Good post!

I'm all for you guys squeezing a little money out of 20sb. Your time is worth something after all. Obviously the exposure it gives you is quite valuable too -- but some kind of monetary recompense, to make sure you have food on the table, would be good also...!

The gift thing is a pretty easy, fun and non-invasive way to generate some funds, so I suggest it stays. There must be other ways similar to the gifting add-on. I'm sure you're busy brainstorming such things -- and it's way too late for me to add anything useful.

But I'll have a think...!

Pretty soon we should probably get started on the process of segmenting our bloggers (sort by location, inclination to do reviews, etc.). And we should probably start spreading use of disclosurepolicy.org for our members so that they have something that will keep them legally protected from getting spammed or alternatively, not missing out if they opt-in.

But I don't think I can figure this out on my own... what's the quickest way to get our members to pitch in to that kind of a project?
